		<description>I like your post.  It explains all in one article exactly the plight of the Filipino when it comes to making money.  They are literaly awash in college grads over there barely making anything.

I have a sister in law from Cabugao, just west of Vigan, in Ilocos Sur.  She currently lives in Iloilo with the rest of the family.

I did not know that teachers were able to come to the U.S.
